FSPCA Preventive Controls for Human Food v2.0 (PCQI Training Course)

This FDA-recognized course prepares participants to serve as Preventive Controls Qualified Individuals (PCQIs), a role required for food facilities under FSMA. We offer both a three-day and a two-day blended delivery of the FDA-recognized, Preventive Controls for Human Food Course Version 2.0, often referred to as the PCQI training program (preventive controls qualified individual) updated PCHF v2.0 curriculum.

Successful completion of this course will prepare participants to be PCQIs and apply their knowledge to develop and apply risk based preventive controls in their facilities.
